Tinted Glasses and Presentations, Projects, & Problems

I am an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs often are their own office assistant, marketing team, sales team, and just about everything else. As our teams start to grow we can start passing off tasks, but we are often still managing many hats.

If you have been a part of one of my Life Languages Workshops™ you have seen me take out a pair of tinted sunglasses as I start talking about the filter question of each Life Language. I explain how the filter question is how each Life Language sees the world. They are constantly looking, listening, and even asking for their questions to be answered. If it is not, that Life Language can go into distress.

So how does that help me as an entrepreneur?

We all know the "wearing many hats" metaphor. Instead, imagine wearing different tinted glasses. When looking at a presentation, project, or problem, you can approach it with each set of glasses.
